Responsible for delivering sustained revenue growth through strategic partnerships and expanding product adoption across client divisions by building deep relationships with advertisers and agencies through trust, data-driven insights, and industry expertise. Manage complex customer relationships and initiatives with significant impact, working with upper-tier accounts where objectives and decision-makers may not be clearly defined. Lead cross-functional customer teams to establish clear goals and alignment while providing strategic guidance through category-level insights and relevant recommendations. Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and navigate challenging organizational structures, requiring effective communication with senior leadership through polished presentations and documentation. Develop and share best practices across their vertical and addressing non-standard escalations while maintaining relationships. The position requires both tactical and strategic thinking, with focus on delivering long-term solutions while maintaining strong client relationships. Lead initiatives spanning multiple regions or organizations, while contributing to team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Advocate for customer needs within Amazon while balancing business objectives and stakeholder relationships. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $148,700/year to $201,200/year.
