Account Executive - Health, New Zealand Public Sector , Public Sector Sales, New Zealand Wellington, Wellington, NZL The Account Executive for Health in the New Zealand Public Sector team is responsible for driving cloud adoption and digital transformation across New Zealand's health sector organizations. This role requires deep understanding of healthcare challenges, regulatory requirements, and the unique needs of public sector health entities including Health New Zealand, Accident Compensation Corporation and related organisations. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management -Own and manage relationships with key health sector accounts across New Zealand's public sector. -Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align AWS solutions with customer health outcomes and digital transformation goals -Drive revenue growth through new workload acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships. Healthcare Expertise -Understand healthcare-specific challenges including patient data security, clinical system integration, and regulatory compliance (Privacy Act, Health Information Privacy Code) -Position AWS services to address healthcare modernization initiatives and adoption of AI. -Navigate complex procurement processes specific to New Zealand public sector health organizations Solution Development Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Partner teams, and AWS service teams to design solutions that meet healthcare sector requirements -Lead customer engagement in proof-of-concepts and pilot programs -Articulate value propositions that demonstrate improved patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and cost optimization Stakeholder Engagement -Build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and clinical stakeholders -Represent AWS at healthcare industry events and forums Business Planning -Develop territory plans and accurate forecasts for the health sector portfolio -Track and report on key
