The Director, Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) provides enterprise-level leadership for safety, occupational health, and environmental strategy across a complex manufacturing organization. This role is accountable for regulatory compliance, governance, and management system effectiveness while proactively identifying risk and anticipating emerging issues. The Director partners closely with senior leaders and operations to translate technical and regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based solutions that drive performance and assure compliance. Through strategic leadership and team development, this role delivers measurable outcomes that protect people, the environment, and business.
