Purpose of Role We're seeking an experienced Cloud Network Engineer to strengthen our cloud platform capabilities as the organisation continues to scale. The role focuses on deploying, automating, and operating cloud platform services across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), supporting both Windows and Linux environments, enabling multi-region deployments, and embedding secure self-service capabilities for development teams. You will leverage modern CI/CD tooling, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud-native services to build and operate scalable platform foundations. The role is guided by cloud Well-Architected Framework principles to ensure solutions meet high standards of security, performance, reliability, operational excellence, and cost efficiency. Principal Accountabilities - Design, build, and operate secure, scalable, multi-region cloud platforms across Azure and Google Cloud Platform to support product and engineering teams. - Develop and maintain container platforms for microservices and lightweight workloads using managed container and orchestration services. - Architect and manage core platform networking, routing, firewalls, load balancing, CDN/Edge global traffic management. - Provide shared platform services such as API management, messaging, eventing, identity integration, and
