Role Summary The Market and Customer Intelligence Manager defines long-term strategy for the commercial organization by deepening our understanding of current and potential customers of Alaska Airlines (AS) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA). As an individual contributor, this person will play a key role by being a subject matter expert in our market and customer data. They will do this by developing our customer data platform as well as performing statistical analyses and advanced predictive modeling to derive result-oriented insights. Key Duties With minimal direction from leadership, exercise considerable judgment to perform complex, rigorous statistical analyses and machine learning modeling, including forecasting of customer behavior, to develop and continuously improve segmentation, near-term value, and lead scoring.
