Job Purpose Leads reliability initiatives in line with site and business needs, tracking all stages to deliver on production, quality, health/safety/environmental, and cost improvement targets. Interfaces with other departments to establish a reliability-centered maintenance approach through communication of criticality, upcoming projects and initiatives, forecasts, and improvement tracking. Key Responsibilities Establishes robust predictive (PdM) and preventative (PM) maintenance programs and ensures PdM/PM plans are completed on time and according to plan.
