Job Purpose This job objective is to care both site maintenance and Engineering projects, and also care process safety management in plant. The main purpose of this job is: Maintain the facilities machine running smoothly to meet operation requirements; Improve machine performance, including reliability, efficiency and running cost Develop and implement maintenance procedure and maintenance plan Manage projects on cost, quality, schedule and safety. Manage plant PTW system ( Permit to work system) and MOC system (Management of change) Mange plant process safety, manage risk based PSM ( Process safety management ) Be SRE (Site responsible engineer) Key Accountabilities Co-ordinate and conduct HSE
