About this role
Senior Analyst, People Technology Remote - US Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done. Our People Systems team is looking for a Senior Analyst who knows Workday inside and out and isn't satisfied with just keeping the lights on. You'll own our Workday HCM configuration and work across the People, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to design and build solutions that actually hold up as we scale. This role reports to the Senior Manager of People Systems. What sets this role apart: we're not looking for someone who defaults to the traditional approach. We want someone who thinks about AI and automation first, and reaches for conventional configuration second. What you'll do - Own Workday HCM end-to-end: business processes, domain security, integrations, reporting. You'll lead release planning, stay ahead of new features, and drive adoption across the business. - Default to automation. Before configuring a traditional solution, ask whether AI or automation can do it better. That mindset should be baked into how you work, not an afterthought. - Drive implementation of new Workday capabilities. You'll bring options and tradeoffs to the table, not just execute what's handed to you. - Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate business requirements into scoped, implementable solutions and see them through to delivery. - Support bi-annual compensation planning, Workday
