The Difference You Will Make: We are seeking a high-caliber Staff Systems Engineer to lead our Oracle EPM Planning systems and processes. This is a critical role within the Airbnb BizTech organization supporting Finance. The ideal candidate will be the primary technical architect and developer of the EPM environment with in-depth subject matter expertise in the Finance Budgeting and Forecasting function. Responsibilities include financial forecast modeling, system and AI-driven process transformation, integration with the data warehouse, and the technical mastery to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
