We're responsible for driving Airbnb's business performance by deploying innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. The difference you will make As Growth Marketing Lead, you will help shape Airbnb's growth strategy in Korea by identifying opportunities, generating insights, and partnering with global and regional teams to deliver impact in the Korean market. This role sits at the intersection of market insights, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyze performance data, identify opportunities unique to Korea's digital ecosystem, and work closely with regional channel owners and global teams to ensure campaigns, product capabilities, and marketing initiatives are optimized for the Korean market. Success in this role requires strong understanding of the Korean digital landscape, including local platforms such as Naver and Kakao, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that global teams can execute.
