As the team lead for the Unified Configuration team, you will build, mentor, and coach a diverse, talented team at creating a consistent platform experience by standardizing internal infrastructure and configuration systems that power Adyen's financial products. You are comfortable streamlining the team's engineering operations, refining product requirements together with product and merchants and encouraging effective collaboration.
