We're looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Events Manager to help elevate our brand, strengthen customer relationships, and drive pipeline growth across the utilities and technology industries. If you love bringing events to life-from large industry conferences and customer summits to webinars and partner activations-and enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work on business results, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do - Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives - Plan and manage the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and sponsorships - Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, ABM, and Marketing Operations teams to maximize event impact and ROI - Oversee logistics, vendors, travel, booth design, lead capture, attendee experience, and on-site execution - Manage event budgets, contracts, and performance reporting - Analyze event results and continuously optimize programs based on data and feedback What We're Looking For - A proven event marketing professional who can balance strategy and execution - Strong project management and organizational skills - Experience managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - A data-driven mindset with experience measuring event success and ROI Why Convey?
