Senior Product Designer Krakow On a typical day, you might: - Lead end-to-end design for critical platform initiatives, moving from ambiguous problem definition to owning the high-fidelity shipped experience . - Act as a strategic advisor and the primary authority on foundational UX patterns, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure core behaviors and navigation remain cohesive at scale - Drive a data-informed culture by defining success metrics and leveraging product analytics to influence product strategy alongside your PM and Engineering partners . - Architect scalable solutions in partnership with Design Systems, establishing elite quality standards that consider long-term systemic implications . - Build high-fidelity prototypes to move decisions, showing leadership what is possible with AI-powered features before they even know to ask for it . - Develop sophisticated AI patterns , focusing on human-in-the-loop workflows that balance automation with user control and transparency . - Mentor and elevate the craft of the broader design team through constructive critique and the sharing of emerging AI-driven methodologies and workflows . The ideal candidate will bring: - 6+ years of hands-on experience in product design for SaaS or B2B, with a portfolio that proves you drive the direction rather than just following it . - Genuine fluency with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, Claude, Figma Make) to accelerate your own workflow and prototype complex interactions . - A proven ability to design strategically with AI , reimagining complex workflows through automation and intelligent defaults at a platform-wide scale . - Expertise in navigating ambiguity
