The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. Responsibilities include: - Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design - Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations - Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations - Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning - Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members Here's What You Need: - 7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience - Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation. - Proficiency in
