Pipeline Management - Identify potential opportunities in Military Intelligence through collaboration with delivery, capabilities, project teams & D&I growth team - Ensure they are recorded in Compass, and that they are properly tagged, include accurate values (including exclude), and updated regularly; Provide Compass expert to streamline process for teams - Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure opportunities are reflected and leadership has awareness of opportunities on the horizon - Manage NBM process (review NBMs, scheduling, ensuring team conducts on appropriate timeline) - Ensure B&P is requested and used effectively Shape/Capture/Pursue - Identify resources to build RFIs and White Papers; Review all artifacts submitted - Assist/advise MI teams on capture, vehicles, resources (capture, P2W, SA, QA, etc) - Confirm and (when necessary) identify resources to write
