Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team and support our client near the Cocoa Beach, FL area. What you'll be doing: - Implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting system configurations (Win 2016/2019 & RHEL 7/8) - Hardening systems to meet security standards - Maintaining COTS & GOTS software - Sustaining production systems (i.e., firewalls, file servers, security monitoring systems, etc.) that serve many end users - Interfacing with customers in writing and via telephone to provide technical guidance designed to quickly resolve reported problems - Coordinating tasks amongst disparate systems to maintain project schedule - Coordinate team member activities What you'll need: - 4 years of general systems administration experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities - 3 years of experience performing Windows
