Why is this Respiratory Therapist role different This role provides flexible scheduling options (4/10s or 3/12s), strong operational support, and the opportunity to serve a diverse Boston Metro patient population. The team is highly experienced, with leadership bringing over 20 years of home-care expertise. Key highlights Work Arrangement: On-site with flexible scheduling (4/10s or 3/12s). Hours: Standard 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; flexible based on candidate needs. Travel: Boston Metro area; variable traffic; flexible start/end times and ability to leave from home. Salary range $45 - $55 per hour On-Call transparency Rotation every 3rd week with minimal call volume.
