Why is this Respiratory Therapist role different This role offers a true hybrid work model, splitting time evenly between the branch and patient-facing care. It provides flexibility, predictable hours, and the opportunity to serve patients throughout the Charlottesville area while maintaining strong operational support from the branch. Key highlights Work Arrangement: Hybrid; 50% office, 50% remote/home visits. Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Reimbursements: Mileage $0.70, parking, tolls. Salary range $38.50 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. On-Call transparency One week per month; supports patient needs outside standard hours. What you'll do Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups.
