Why is this Respiratory Therapist role different This role offers a strong balance of office-based care and field work while supporting three highly collaborative branches. The culture emphasizes teamwork, unity, and a supportive environment where clinicians feel valued. Key highlights Work Arrangement: On-site; 70% office, 30% road. Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 5:30 PM. Driving Distance: Up to 60-70 miles from branch. Salary range $32 - $38 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. On-Call transparency Friday-Sunday every 7th week; Monday-Thursday every 2 weeks. On-call days are compensated with an extra fee.
