Job Description: 1) Program Planning, Development and Coordination Work with regional sales training teams to identify training and development needs and provide training solutions. Design and develop sales training programs (both online & f2f sessions) based on training needs identified. Proactively implement sales training plans to enable the sales force to be aligned with business needs. Take responsibility to ensure consistency in high quality of training programs. Apply effective tools to monitor the application and feedback of training programs for continuous improvement. Take responsibility for all related coordination tasks in central training team by request, i.e. developing sales training manuals or other training materials, facilitator communication, coordinating schedules and monitoring attendance, etc. 2) Sales Training Program Design and Delivery Act as a business partner to support regional sales force. Communicate and cooperate with Sales, Marketing and regional sales training teams to deliver training programs (both online and f2f) based on business needs.
