Job Description: Job Summary: Manage the assigned sales territory to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, keeping management informed of market conditions, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and relevant developments in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Organize and maintain comprehensive territory records, submitting timely reports to the Sales & Marketing Lead. Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territories. Establish and sustain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Monitor and report on competitor activities and customer behavior to enhance territory management strategies. Set clear call objectives and conduct thorough post-call analyses to improve sales call effectiveness. Deliver targeted sales presentations using advanced sales and negotiation techniques to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure execution excellence aligned with established plans and strategies. Organize product workshops and training sessions, delivering up-to-date scientific product knowledge to customers. Continuously maintain and expand knowledge of product offerings and competitor landscape. Uphold full compliance with AbbVie policies and guidelines in all activities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, AMI, sales coordination, medical affairs) to drive efficiency
