Job Description: This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis and strategic commercial finance initiatives, with an enhanced emphasis on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and machine learning to increase predictive accuracy, support scenario planning, and deliver actionable data-driven insights. The role further aims to accelerate business growth and proactively identify future opportunities and risks. Drive business goal setting and strategic financial objectives through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, and decision support. Identify financial process enhancement opportunities within forecasting, budgeting, reporting, risk analysis, and process automation.Enhance reporting and dashboard visualization, apply predictive analytics for accurate budgeting and analysis, and deploy AI to automate tasks like data consolidation and variance analysis. Deliver actionable recommendations using advanced data insights. Collect and cleanse financial data to ensure reliable model development for business decision making support. Deploy solutions, provide hands-on training and change management for the finance team, and continuously monitor and optimize AI-powered workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance
