Job Description: The Sr. Director has responsibility and accountability for HEOR strategic research plans and agendas, execution of studies and projects within those plans a portfolio of assets/brands/indications across a therapeutic area and leads a team of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) scientists with global responsibility for demonstrating the health-economic value of AbbVie's pharmaceutical products/assets. Guides and council across TA worldwide management and senior leadership of the HEOR aspects of product value across the multiple indications of the relevant TAs. Able to influence at the enterprise level, effectively manage and prioritize resources and develop and retain a high performing team. Reporting to the VP HEOR Strategy Franchise, the Sr. Director is a member of the LT to the VP and XLT to the head of the function, is expected to influence and shape team culture and capabilities.
