Job Description: The Project Management Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, driving process improvement and supporting continuous business success. This role is primarily responsible for managing the intake and evaluation of system enhancement requests across SAP systems and Salesforce, as well as related process improvements, to ensure business needs are fully understood and clearly documented. The Specialist partners with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring proposed changes are appropriately reviewed, prioritized, and assigned in alignment with organizational objectives. This role also leads change management activities for project implementations by preparing stakeholders for transitions, facilitating training, addressing resistance, and measuring the effectiveness of new processes, systems, and tools. A key part of the position is the ability to present processes clearly, map out process flows, and communicate recommended improvements to stakeholders and team members. Contributions from this position support project management efficiency, data accuracy, and achievement of organizational objectives.
