Job Description: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support API manufacturing operations at our Manorhamilton Road Site in Sligo. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production while driving continuous improvement, technical problem-solving, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support API manufacturing projects in alignment with quality, safety, environmental, and operational requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues and evaluate multiple solutions to identify the most effective approach. Lead or support projects, including training development and cross-training activities for team members. Contribute to process improvements by proposing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions. Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all work activities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to help meet site, department, and division targets. May serve as interim Technical Shift Leader when required. Supervision and Leadership This role does not have direct reports. May provide guidance and cross-training to new team members. May lead projects and develop training materials. May act as interim Technical Shift
