Job Description: The Incentive Compensation Operations Manager is a key strategic partner for all our Franchises sales forces when it comes to understanding the complexities of the Franchise Incentive Comp Business rules and implementing them to ensure accurate and timely payouts and Goals. The main purpose of the role is to provide operational support to the Commercial sales organization. The sales incentive operations team provides the overall strategy, direction, operational processes, resources, and tools that enable appropriate sales crediting to the sales teams. This includes providing support to existing franchises in addition to supporting new product launches and new indication(s) This role requires a high level of analytical ability to understand various trends and trend breaks for accurate payout reporting.
