Job Description: Identification of training needs and design mechanisms for addressing them Identify training needs in consultation with stake-holders. Learning Managers planning on strategic initiatives facilitating IFT with Competencies as defined Enhance learning effectiveness by evaluating key digital tools, new approaches and techniques facilitates IFT enhancing competencies for effective customer centricity Coordinate logistics such as venue, material, dates and nominations for trainings Training Delivery Induction programs as per the business requirement including the design, content preparation etc. Role-plays during cycle meetings. Planned training interventions (Classroom sessions) for new product introductions, cascade training programs, refreshers, role-plays during cycle meetings etc. Cascading the zonal training modules on selling skills, competition and products.
