Job Description: Purpose: The Director, Tax Technology will serve as a strategic leader within the global Finance & Tax Transformation organization, responsible for defining and advancing the long-term vision for technology-enabled tax operations across AbbVie. This role is accountable for driving transformation by leveraging advanced technologies-including AI, automation, and data analytics-to modernize tax processes, enhance decision-making, and improve compliance and reporting outcomes. This leader will partner closely with senior Tax, Finance, and BTS (Business Technology Systems) stakeholders to identify scalable, future-ready solutions that optimize global direct and indirect tax processes.
