Job Description: Develop, optimize and execute the Annual Marketing Plan for TrenibotE in the MA market, driving the achievement of the product's marketing and business objectives. Lead the full product launch cycle for TrenibotE (and related initiatives), end-to-end planning and execution of launch strategies and tactical activities. Deeply explore market trends, competitive landscape, consumer and customer insights, and track brand performance to continuously optimize marketing strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, medical, PR, digital, supply chain, etc.) to align marketing resources, ensure seamless synergy and efficient implementation of marketing initiatives. Manage and develop KOL resources in the relevant field, build long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and secure strong professional brand endorsement and academic support for TrenibotE.
