Job Description: The AMI & Clinical Specialist (CS) Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and structuring the Clinical Specialist function in the Benelux to ensure high quality clinical support and strong execution of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) strategy in the field. This role drives the operational and organizational performance of the Clinical Specialist team, contributes to the adaptation of AMI priorities to the needs of the Benelux market, and ensures that educational initiatives effectively support customer engagement, capability building, and business objectives. The position also supports and manages local faculties, ensuring strong engagement, appropriate preparation, and high quality delivery of educational activities, and owns the planning and execution of AMI educational events in the market.
