About this role

Business Development & Operations, Brand Various Locations A24 is seeking a Business Development & Operations Lead to join the Brand team. The person in this role will be an integral part of a highly brand-oriented and creative team- responsible for managing and growing a set of businesses within our broader consumer products and brand ecosystem, while helping identify and build new ones. This is an entrepreneurial, numbers-driven, and execution-oriented role. This role can be based in our New York or West Hollywood office. Ideal candidates have experience seeing through business lines end-to-end, with a strong foundation in financial modeling and operational planning. They can be both hands-on and strategic. Experience in consumer products, retail, publishing, or entertainment is a plus. Initial Responsibilities: - Partner with the brand leadership team to identify new strategic areas of growth for the business - Craft smart strategic and operational plans, modeling goals for new initiatives and outlining potential operational pathways - Identify ways to grow and expand our consumer product initiatives across retail, licensing, and beyond - Forge strategic brand partnerships (managing both all incoming and leading proactive efforts) with relevant brands and partners, then effectively manage those relationships over time - Set revenue-centric business goals and regularly track and report on progress; own internal reporting structures and deliver consistent visibility to leadership across business lines - Build internal presentations to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
