Primary Function The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for leading a quality assurance team to ensure our products meet or exceed our customers' expectations. The position will support production, interact with suppliers, lead ISO 9001 compliance, and mentor other quality employees. The Senior Quality Engineer position will analyze data to identify gaps in our processes for continuous improvement and root cause corrective action. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate work of quality department. Utilize statistical tools to analyze suppliers and manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis of supplier defects making it to the manufacturing line to determine the cause of quality problems and implement corrective and preventative actions to improve quality and minimize variability.
