Through disciplined product roadmapping, new product development, portfolio optimization, and cross-functional execution, our team drives both immediate results and long-term growth. Primary Function Manages a product line(s) within a portfolio, responsible for lifecycle performance, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities Own product strategy for assigned product line(s) Drive pricing, margin performance, and business case development Lead NPD projects and major product changes for assigned line(s) Manage SKU rationalization, cost-out, and portfolio optimization Translate VOC/market feedback into product improvements and requirements Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver results Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree required; marketing, sales, engineering 3+ years relevant experience (product management, sales, marketing, engineering, ops) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work and deliver
