Primary Function Plans, directs, and coordinates Manufacturing Engineering Support for manufacturing and Welding processes in a manufacturing Water Tank facility by performing the following duties. This position will work fully onsite during first shift at our Lebanon TN plant plocation. Responsibilities Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods using data collection, analytical analysis and experience. Strong organizational skills. Able to manage multiple projects and time lines. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Confers with planning, manufacturing and design staff concerning product design and tooling and equipment needs to ensure efficient product introduction and manufacturing processes.
