We started in childcare, where we provide a platform that helps providers manage enrollment, operations, compliance, and payments. We also partner with governments to run large-scale childcare programs. We are a Series B company backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, Long Journey Ventures, and First Round Capital. AI Product Manager
San Francisco
unspecified Salary not disclosedAI Product Manager San Francisco About Wonderschool Wonderschool's mission is to ensure every child has access to early education that helps them realize their full potential. We do this by helping providers-small business owners who run in-home child care programs-start, operate, and grow their businesses with powerful software, coaching, and support. We also partner with governments to modernize the public child care system. Our team is small, in-person, and deeply motivated by the impact we have on families and communities. About the Role We are looking for an AI-focused Product Manager to own one of the most critical experiences in our platform: provider onboarding and activation. This is not a traditional PM role. You will be hands-on with customers every day-understanding their problems firsthand, translating those insights into product flows powered by AI, and shipping improvements fast. You will own the full loop from customer conversation to deployed product change. The ideal candidate has a CS degree and has gone to business school-someone who can think technically, communicate clearly with engineers, and bring structured thinking to ambiguous customer problems. You should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your own work and excited about embedding AI into every layer of the customer experience. We are hiring for two locations: Columbus, Ohio and San Francisco, California . Both roles are in-person. What You'll Do - Spend the majority of your time directly with customers-onboarding them, listening to their friction, and building trust - Translate customer insights into AI-powered product flows that

Full Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI
San Francisco
unspecified Salary not disclosedFull Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI San Francisco About Wonderschool Wonderschool builds software that helps small business owners earn more money. We started with childcare providers because it is a large, underserved market where technology can have an outsized impact on revenue. But the model scales: we are building a platform and a playbook that will expand into other verticals. We are heavy users of AI. OpenClaw agents run most of our operations: provider outreach, customer communications, enrollment workflows, compliance tasks. Non-engineers at Wonderschool spin up automations, cron jobs, and API workflows directly from Slack, without touching a line of code. We are now taking the next step: making AI agents reliable enough to build the product itself. Our team is small and moves fast. We value engineers who are obsessed with outcomes, not process. The Vision The North Star for this role: a system where a user signal (a provider revenue dropping, an enrollment bottleneck, a churn spike) automatically triggers a chain of AI agents that writes the product requirements, designs the solution, builds the code, reviews it, and ships it. No human in the loop for the routine stuff. Humans define what matters, train the agents, and review edge cases. We are not there yet. You are the person who helps us get there, piece by piece. What You Will Do Own the AI Development Loop - Review and iterate on AI-generated code (from tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, Cursor) and feed that review back as training
