Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll coach and grow a team of AEs responsible for helping rapidly growing companies adopt Recall.ai http://Recall.ai across their product and engineering organizations. This role is about building a high-performing, operationally excellent team that can manage a high volume of opportunities while keeping pipeline coverage strong. You'll immediately take over management of 2 Account Executives and carry a partial quota for the first 3-6 months to get as proficient as possible selling Recall.ai http://Recall.ai. Location Recall.ai http://Recall.ai is an in-office company. This role is open to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. You'll work from our beautiful, spacious San Francisco office at 475 Brannan Street. You'll have full ownership over major features, play a huge role in creating the culture of our engineering team, and will work closely with the founders. You will develop high performance real-time code, deploy to large scale infrastructure, and process massive volumes of data. To give you a sense of the problem space you'll be working in: - We process over 3TB per second of raw video at peak load - We launched 18 million+ EC2 instances in the last month RESPONSIBILITIES - Build the core product, from APIs, to real-time video processing pipelines. Be independent and own major features through development and deployment. - Operate, scale and extend our extensive video processing infrastructure.
