This position will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team in the daily activities 50% of office and 50% of the lab space. The ideal candidate will have an extreme attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle priorities. Key Responsibilities for Office: Provide high level and comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team (ELT) and the CEO including complex calendaring and detailed travel plans and agendas. Organize department meetings, and special events. Coordinate activities, set agendas, and summarize deliverables for meetings impacting ELT and the research leadership team (RLT).
