The Security Operations team ensures the stability, performance, and ongoing support of enterprise security tools and services used across the organization. About the Role As an Information Security Engineer - Security Operations, you will provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise security tools and platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the health of security systems while partnering with engineering and IT teams to resolve issues and enhance security posture. Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for security tools including Google SecOps, Tanium, CrowdStrike, Ping Identity, and Delinea Monitor, triage, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to engineering (L3) as needed Perform system maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, and configuration updates Support vulnerability scanning processes and track remediation efforts with technology teams Assist in troubleshooting system alerts, integration issues, and performance concerns Partner with DevOps, IT, and Security Engineering teams to ensure secure configurations and best practices Document procedures, configurations, and operational runbooks Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives Criteria 3+ years of experience in information security, IT operations, or related field
