Sr. Program Manager, WFM Space Capabilities Austin, Texas, USA The Senior Program Manager will focus on tool capabilities to solve the problem of disconnected tool development and business needs by serving as the strategic bridge between the Space Capabilities business team and the Product Manager for Space at Whole Foods Market. This leader ensures that the tools we build are grounded in clear business requirements and customer needs rather than developed in isolation. This PM owns the portfolio of space planning tools, including space allocation models, floor planning and planogram development solutions. By partnering closely with the Macro and Micro Space Planning & Development Senior PMs to gather business context, this role translates planning needs into well-defined use cases for product development and manages tools through stabilization, evolution, and future-state development.
