Physician Support Specialist New York, New York Responsibilities Shift : Monday to Friday (10:00am - 6:30pm) & Saturday (8:00am - 4:30pm) with a day off during the week (employee's choice) Job description Job Title: Physician Services Coordinator Reports to: VP Operations FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly. Job Summary The Physician Services Coordinator is an assistant to the LHR Radiologists. The employee interacts closely with radiologists throughout the day monitoring queues and assigning cases. The employee communicates with the Technical and Clerical Teams to ensure that exams are read in a timely manner. This employee is also the liaison to the Marketing Team and the referring physician community to expedite same day reads. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist radiologists, as needed. Assist Medical Director, as needed. Assist VP of Physician Resources & Development, as needed. Monitor Dashboard (unread exams). Assist in resolving issue so exam can be read. Monitor chairs throughout the day. Open/close chairs, redistribute cases. Assign phantom credits, as needed. Prepare daily pre-fetch for mammography. Monitor WC/No Fault pending cases and re-distribute daily. Assign over-reads, as needed. Work with radiologists to expedite addendums. Follow-up on text, email, spark and patient portal messages. Assign cases to “stat” readers. Work with Marketing Teams to get older cases read. Work with Team Leads/ICMs to clear yellow stickers so exams can be read. Prepare Monthly Days Worked Spreadsheet for Business Development. Back-up to Qgenda Monthly/Daily and Call Schedules to include PTO requests. Staff Mechanical Engineer - Electronics Packaging and Rugged Design Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite Position Overview: The Principal Mechanical Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design and development of Phantom camera electronics packaging solutions with a focus on rugged design and thermal management. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing robust and reliable products that perform under extreme conditions while maintaining sensitivity to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). In addition to electronics packaging, this role requires skill in tolerancing for manufacturability/serviceability, as well as broad knowledge of fabrication techniques, such as CNC, casting, extrusion, injection molding, etc. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development : Lead the design and development of high-speed Phantom camera electronics packaging solutions using SolidWorks 3D CAD software, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and cost targets. Design scope includes chassis and heat sink components, as well as accessories, cables and support equipment. Rugged Design: Develop ruggedized designs that can withstand harsh environmental conditions, including shock, vibration, temperature extremes, and moisture. Technical Sales Manager - Great Lakes Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Remote The Technical Sales Manager for the Great Lakes Region will be responsible for the technical sales, support of and growth of our world-class Phantom Cameras. This person will be responsible for qualifying sales leads as well as developing them into specific customer growth opportunities. The Technical Sales Manager will also build and nurture existing key account relationships towards mutually productive and commercially beneficial partnerships. Primary Responsibilities: Help develop sales strategies and initiatives for the Great Lakes Region to achieve growth, maximize sales revenue and profitability. Manage and nurture key accounts directly to maximize customer satisfaction and future sales opportunities. Effectively demonstrate the benefits of Phantom cameras in a variety of applications and end users. Provide input to Product Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams to help direct the development of new products that reflect market trends and customer needs in the region.
