About this role
Support Engineer, Drone Assembly & Test, Amazon Prime Air Seattle, Washington, USA Come work on the Amazon Prime Air (PA) team! We are seeking a Support Engineer III. We're looking for people who innovate and love solving hard problems. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history! You will be instrumental in supporting the PA Drone Assembly & Test (A&T) production line, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues affecting drone production. You will work directly with Manufacturing Engineers, Assembly Technicians, and cross-functional partners (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to maintain production continuity, drive process improvements, and support operational scaling. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, supporting change management activities, and identifying opportunities to improve production support tools and workflows. As a Support Engineer, you will develop knowledge in drone A&T processes, serve as a technical point of contact within the production support workflow, and contribute to achieving safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets as PA scales operations.
