You will work with a cross-functional set of stakeholders across Alphabet, including teams embedded in product areas responsible for operationalizing supplier responsibility and responsible minerals program efforts. Lead the Responsible Minerals program by establishing core processes, conducting gap analyses, and driving continuous program improvements and adoption across the enterprise. Manage annual scoping for global regulations across Alphabet and Google, including the Dodd-Frank Act, EU Conflict Minerals and Battery Regulations, and anti-modern slavery and human rights due diligence laws. Manage the drafting and publication of mandatory annual disclosures, such as the Alphabet Conflict Minerals Report, Statement Against Modern Slavery and the Norwegian Transparency Act Statement.
