We support all AWS data centers and all the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting on the supply chain - and we're looking for talented people who want to help. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Product Manager specializing in rare earth metals to lead strategic sourcing, supply continuity and supply chain diversification for critical mineral supply chains. This role requires deep expertise in rare earth elements (REEs) and their applications in electronics modules and advanced semiconductors manufacturing. Key job responsibilities • Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies for rare earth metals including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, terbium, samarium, and other critical REEs. • Roadmap - Own the product roadmap for rare earth-dependent components including magnets, catalysts, and specialty materials used in inductor, transformer, power IC and modules. • Diversification - Build and maintain a diversified global supplier base to mitigate geopolitical supply chain risks, particularly addressing concentration in one country's processing and refining capacity. • Partnership - Build strategic partnerships with rare earth miners, processors, and refiners globally.
