Infrastructure Investments Analyst London, England, United Kingdom SUMMARY Working as a member of the Infrastructure Investments team, the Analyst will be involved in all aspects of fund and other investments within the infrastructure vertical, including due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution and investment monitoring. This role requires full-time, in-person attendance in our London office. RESPONSIBILITIES The individual will participate in the following activities: Analyze and conduct due diligence on infrastructure fund opportunities. Assist with preparation and presentation of investment recommendations and due diligence findings to internal committees. Conduct industry research to support investment evaluation process. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The ideal experience and critical competencies for the role include the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related degree with superior academic performance. 1-2 years of professional experience in private equity, asset management, investment banking or investment related role. Compliance Associate Chicago, Illinois, United States SUMMARY As a member of Compliance, the individual in this position will be responsible for administering and supporting the compliance functions of GCM Grosvenor. As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with Federal, State, and International regulatory filings (including Form ADV, Form PF, CPO PQR/CTA PR, AIFMD Annex IV, Forms U4, U5, BD, BR, D, and DA). Reviewing investor subscription agreements to comply with certain requirements, including AML and KYC. Helping maintain information barriers program, including but not limited to, restricted list maintenance, conflict reviews and approving expert networks. Providing compliance guidance to employees on a day-to-day basis around policies, procedures, and protocols. Performing electronic communications review, surveillance, other testing and helping conduct the annual review.
