ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, PROPELLANT GENERATION (STARSHIP) As a member of the Starship Launch Engineering team, you will focus on the electrical design and field support for propellant generation systems that enable rapid, high-volume production of liquid oxygen and methane. You will work with a group of elite engineers across multiple disciplines to design, install, and activate air separation plants (ASUs), liquefaction equipment, and gas turbine-based power generation infrastructure required to support Starship orbital launch capability. This position is based at Cape Canaveral, FL. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead electrical design for air separation plants, liquefaction systems, and gas turbine power generation plants - Work directly with internal and external customers to determine electrical requirements/needs and wants. - Assist in the development of drawings, design documentation, and reports for aerospace, industrial, and commercial type projects. - Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out. - Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time. - Coordinate with the electrical utility provider for design/engineering to ensure reliable power service to critical site infrastructure. - Provide support and direction to electricians and technicians during the construction and activation of power distribution equipment. -
