In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für einen definierten Kundenkreis im Back- und Konditoreihandwerksgeschäft und tragen maßgeblich zur nachhaltigen Sicherung und zum Ausbau unserer Abverkäufe bei. Ihre Aufgaben: Als Gebietsverkaufsleiter Artisan Bakery (m/w/d) fungieren Sie als direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Anwenderkunden, vorrangig Großkunden, sowie für den Fachgroßhandel. Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind: Betreuung von Großkunden: Sie bauen und pflegen intensive Beziehungen zu unseren Großkunden im Back- und Konditoreihandwerk auf. Sie beraten diese Kunden aktiv zu unserem Sortiment, entwickeln individuelle Lösungen und verhandeln Volumenkontrakte. Aktivierung des Fachhandels und Betreuung von Kunden: Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Fachgroßhandel zusammen, um unsere Produkte bei kleineren und mittleren Bäckereien und Konditoreien zu platzieren. Sie schulen den Außendienst des Fachhandels und stimmen gemeinsame Aktionen ab. Sicherung der Absatzziele: Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Absatzziele in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet und entwickeln Strategien zur Absatzsteigerung.
