Portfolio Management Associate Annaly Dallas Office Annaly, through its wholly owned subsidiary Onslow Bay Financial (OBF), is seeking a Portfolio Management Associate to play a critical role in overseeing our Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) portfolio and Sub servicer relationships. As part of the Master Servicer oversight function, this role is responsible for ensuring Sub servicers operate in full compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, state, and regulatory requirements, while delivering transparent, accurate, and timely servicing performance data.

Residential Credit Analyst/Associate New York Annaly is seeking a talented Analyst or Associate with strong analytical and modeling skills to be a member of the Residential Credit group. The Residential Credit Analyst/Associate will be responsible for helping to analyze and opine on residential credit investments (whole loans) and help to facilitate proactive asset management. The candidate will also be responsible for producing granular surveillance/reporting on portfolio performance and helping to facilitate aspects of whole loan transaction management.

Servicing Accounting Vice President Annaly Dallas Office The Servicing Accounting VP supports the Residential Credit and MSR business units by reconciling, reviewing, and overseeing subservicers' financially related activities. Servicing Accounting team resides within the Finance Team at Annaly. Responsibilities span Test of Expected Cash, cash flow reconciliations, advance, repurchases and servicing transfer reconciliations and exceptions, data integrity, exception management, and oversight of investor reporting. Mortgage Products are a high growth area for Annaly, requiring strong execution, scalable controls, and effective cross functional collaboration. The VP role sits directly under the Director level and carries elevated ownership, accountability, and leadership expectations within the REIT structure.

Residential Whole Loan Credit Analyst, Vice President Hybrid/Remote Annaly is seeking a Residential Whole Loan Credit Analyst (VP Level) with Non-QM loan experience. The candidate will be a part of a team that is responsible for handling direct originator communications pertaining to exception/scenario requests, guideline clarifications, loan scenarios and general matters surrounding post close diligence. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant credit experience in the residential mortgage whole loan market, preferably Non-QM underwriting. In addition, they should have experience managing post close due diligence with TPRs, make credit decisions to help assist the Onslow Bay scenario desk, closely interact with our correspondent partners, and monitor market underwriting guidelines.

Business Development - Inside Sales Remote The Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting the company's existing Regional Business Development Managers via “inside sales functions”. The candidate will be interfacing with both internal sales and operational staff, including direct customer contact. The candidate will be supporting Onslow Bay's correspondent whole loan network and Onslow's MSR platform. Onslow Bay's whole loan acquisition strategy is targeted in the expanded credit, Non-Agency whole loan market (Expanded Prime, Non-QM, DSCR, Foreign National, etc.). Onslow Bay's MSR acquisition strategy is focused on the Conventional (GSE) market acquiring via bulk and flow.

Account Executive/Manager – Mortgage Acquisitions (VP/Director) Remote The Account Executive/Manager (VP/Director) will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, fostering, and closing relationships that will facilitate the growth of Onslow Bay's “best efforts”, non-delegated correspondent loan network. Onslow Bay's targeted whole loan acquisition strategy will be in the expanded credit, non-agency whole loan market (Expanded Prime, Non-QM, DSCR, Foreign National). Candidates should have relevant and targeted experience in working with the aforementioned products and long-standing relationships with originators, brokers and loan officers active in the non-agency market.
