Air Reserve Technicians are full-time civilian employees who are also members of the Air Force Reserve unit in which they are employed. DUTIES: Serves as the wing and subordinate unit expert on all Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) matters and operations for the Wing Commander/civilian equivalent, including all intelligence analysis, intelligence processes, support requirements, technical aspects of weapons systems, adversary operational methods as well as daily integrated intelligence support in alert, crisis, and force protection situations. Organizes, plans, and oversees the activities of the unit's intelligence operations and training programs. Serves as ISR expert on assigned mission design series (MDS), providing guidance, knowledge, and expertise to higher headquarters staff. Responsible to lead, plan, and manage the units' ISR readiness and mobility.
