Assisting patients with mobility and transfers. Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly. Communicating effectively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns. Following established care plans and contribute to the development of personalized care strategies. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
