Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Manager Employee Health at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, you will be responsible for the operations of Employee Health, Workers' Compensation and Wellness Programs. You will lead program development, reporting, analysis and interpretation, consultation, nursing assessment and education for employees within the areas of pre-employment, annual health checks, safety related to employee injuries and wellness.
